ReadSpeaker & Qualitus Launch ILIAS Text-to-Speech Plugin

ReadSpeaker, a leading independent digital voice provider for educational institutions and innovative brands worldwide, has joined forces with established ILIAS partner Qualitus to develop an advanced text-to-speech (TTS) plugin for the ILIAS community.

For 25 years, ReadSpeaker has been delivering text-to-speech solutions and voice-enhanced learning tools to over 12,000 customers globally. With this new collaboration, ReadSpeaker’s ethical AI-powered voices and speech-enabled learning tools are now seamlessly integrated within the ILIAS platform, enabling learners to select and listen to content in more than 200 voices and 50 languages with just a click.

Partnering with Qualitus, ReadSpeaker has ensured strict adherence to European data protection legislation throughout the development of the plugin.
